Program description: An Interactive clinical discussion on complex and advanced wound care. This course will address clinical issues and solutions for managing challenging wounds through case reviews and group discussion. Attendees are encouraged to bring cases to review and discuss.

Arrival & Departure Information

Air Travel:

We will schedule travel for you through our travel agency.  An agenda will be provided prior to your attendance at the event.

We will send you a proposed flight itinerary, based on the meeting parameters and the information that you provide us on the attached registration form. We will need your approval or feedback on the itinerary before we purchase the ticket for you.

On the below registration form, you will have the opportunity to provide us with your departure airport, and to advise us of your preferred airline.

ARRIVALS:
Thursday, November 9th
Please plan to land at the San Diego Airport (SAN) no later than 4:00 pm. Ground transportation will be arranged for you based on your flight.  Details to meet your driver will be provided one week prior to the program.

We have a Group Welcome Dinner at 6:30 pm and will depart the hotel at 6:00 pm. 

DEPARTURES
Friday, November 10th
Flights will be scheduled to depart San Diego (SAN) 5:00 pm or later on Friday.

You will need to fly in and out of San Diego International Airport (SAN).

Everyone attending this meeting must complete an online registration form by Tuesday, October 31st, 2023.

Hotel Information

We will confirm your hotel reservation at  The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines upon receipt of your completed online registration form.

You will not receive an individual hotel confirmation number. 

Deadline: Please complete the meeting/hotel registration by Tuesday, October 31st, 2023.

Expenses, Weather, & Attire

Expenses:
Organogenesis will pay for your sleeping room and taxes for night of the program, Thursday November 9^th.

You will need to present your credit card to the front desk upon check in for incidentals. Organogenesis will provide your scheduled meals during the meeting.

Expenses that you will be personally responsible for include any pre or post night hotel stays, laundry, extra meals and beverages, and in-room movies. If you choose to tip for personal services, please do so at the time the service is rendered. The hotel will maintain a separate account for your personal incidental expenses within the hotel. Please take care of that account when you check out of the hotel.

Attire:
Dress Code is business casual for the meeting and dinners.  Jeans are permitted.

Weather:
The average temperature in La Jolla in November is generally a high of 72 degrees Fahrenheit, and a low of 56 degrees Fahrenheit.
