Thursday, January 26th
Please plan to be at the hotel by 4:00 pm, unless you are part of the EVP meeting, then you will need to arrive by 11:00 am.

6:30 pm – 9:30 pm Offsite Group Dinner & Activity – Lucky Strike Bowling.
You will have the opportunity to meet your colleagues in an informal and fun setting.
*Group transportation will depart the hotel promptly at 6:00 pm

Select your preferred flights – keeping cost effectiveness in mind.

Once you select your flights, it will be reviewed by a travel counselor and issued by the next business day.  You will receive a copy of your final itinerary from the travel agency.  Please be sure to review this itinerary within 24 hours to ensure accuracy, including all of your TSA information.  Any errors not corrected within 24 hours will be at the traveler’s own expense.

Flight Parameters:

  • Please book your flight to arrive into Philadelphia by 4:00 pm on Thursday, January 26th unless you are part of the EVP meeting, then you will need to arrive by 11:00 am. The Offsite Welcome Dinner & Activity starts at 6:30 pm but bus transportation for it will depart from the hotel promptly at 6:00 pm.
  • Pre-arrival dates are allowed as long as within budget and time off requests are approved prior by your direct supervisor.
  • Executives please plan on arriving to the hotel by 11:00 am for our Executive meeting from 12:00-4:00 pm, which will include lunch.
  • Please book your departure flight from Philadelphia any time at your leisure on Saturday, January 28th.  The travel agency will try to book you in your preferred aisle/window seat and in a Premium Economy type fare to allow for extra legroom, where available and within budget.

You will need to fly in and out of Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). No ground transportation to the hotel in Philadelphia will be arranged for you. Please take a taxi or Uber.

New York attendees may choose to take a train. Instructions to book your train are also included in the above travel link.

Please plan to land at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) no later than 4:00 pm.

We have a Group Welcome Dinner & Offsite Activity at 6:30 pm, and transportation will depart from the Philadelphia Marriott Old City at 6:00 pm to the venue.

DEPARTURES
Saturday, January 28th

Please schedule flights to depart Philadelphia at your leisure on Saturday. No group transportaion will be provided.

Meeting Registration Form

Everyone attending this meeting must complete an online registration form by Friday, December 2, 2022. If you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances and will need to join virtually, please reach out to the Human Resources department.

Hotel Information

We will make your hotel reservation at The Philadelphia Marriott Old City upon receipt of your completed online registration form.

You will not receive an individual hotel confirmation number. 

Deadline: Please complete the meeting/hotel registration by December 2, 2022.

Expenses, Weather, & Attire

Expenses:
The Falcon Group will pay for your sleeping room and taxes for the nights of the program (Thursday January 26th and Friday, January 27th), and valet expense.

You will need to present your credit card to the front desk upon check in for incidentals. Falcon will provide your scheduled meals during the meeting.

Expenses that you will be personally responsible for include any checked baggage fees with the airlines, pre or post night hotel stays, laundry, telephone calls, extra meals and beverages, bar charges, and in-room movies. If you choose to tip for personal services, please do so at the time the service is rendered. The hotel will maintain a separate account for your personal incidental expenses within the hotel. Please take care of that account when you check out of the hotel.

Upon arrival at the first session of the meeting on Friday, you will be provided with a $100 gift card. This is to help cover your out of pocket travel expenses, such as mileage, Uber or baggage fees. No additional reimbursement for travel will be provided.

Attire:
Dress Code is business casual for the Thursday evening event and a black Falcon polo with business casual pants is required for the meeting on Friday during the day. Semi-Formal Attire for the dinner on Friday evening.

Weather:
The average temperature in Philadelphia in January is generally a high of 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and a low of 28 degrees Fahrenheit.
