Arrival & Departure Information
Air travel will be booked on your own.

Monday, February 13th
Please plan to land at the Miami International Airport (MIA) no later than 4:00 pm. Group ground transportation may be provided. More information on this will be provided closer to the meeting dates.
We have a Group Welcome Dinner at 6:30 pm. Registration opens at 3:00 pm for your convenience.
Friday, February 17th
Please schedule flights to depart Miami at your leisure on Friday. Group ground transportation may be provided. More information on this will be provided closer to the meeting dates.
You will need to fly in and out of Miami International Airport (MIA). Group transportation to and from the hotel may be offered. Details on this will be provided a little closer to the meeting dates.
When to book your airline tickets:
You may begin booking your airline tickets on December 13th. Please be sure to secure your ticket for air travel no later than Friday, December 30, 2022.
- Please book your flight to arrive into Miami, Florida by 4:00 pm on Monday, February 13th.
- The Group Welcome Dinner starts at 6:30 pm and we would like everyone to be on time and in attendance.
- Hotel for any pre-arrivals were secured in advance based on request.
- Post meeting nights will be at your own expense and arranged in advance. Their are no additional rooms available at this time.
- Please book your departure flight from Miami, FL any time at your leisure on Friday, February 17th, should you need to depart on Thursday, Febuary 16th please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Meeting Registration Form
Everyone attending this meeting must complete an online registration form by Friday, December 30, 2022.
You can access the registration form by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
We will confirm your hotel reservation at The Eden Roc Hotel Miami upon receipt of your completed online registration form.
You will not receive an individual hotel confirmation number.
Deadline: Please complete the meeting/hotel registration by December 30, 2022.
Expenses, Weather, & Attire
COEUS will pay for your sleeping room and taxes for the four nights of the program (Monday February 13th – Thursday, February 16th).
You will need to present your credit card to the front desk upon check in for incidentals. COEUS will provide your scheduled meals during the meeting.
Expenses that you will be personally responsible for include any pre or post night hotel stays, laundry, extra meals and beverages, and in-room movies. If you choose to tip for personal services, please do so at the time the service is rendered. The hotel will maintain a separate account for your personal incidental expenses within the hotel. Please take care of that account when you check out of the hotel.
Dress Code is business casual for the meeting and dinners. Jeans are permitted.
The average temperature in Miami in February is generally a high of 75 degrees Fahrenheit, and a low of 64 degrees Fahrenheit.
