You are invited to the 2023 Aadi Bioscience Annual Meeting in Newport Beach, California. Our theme for this year’s meeting is Together Toward Tomorrow.

Air Travel

• For those traveling by air, you are responsible for booking your own travel through Concur
• Airport: SNA John Wayne Airport/ Santa Ana
  • LAX Los Angeles is also an option but is approximately 1 hour away by car

Ground Transportation:
If flying: Additional information on Ground Transportation to be provided at a later date.
If driving: Hotel parking will be covered
Uber/Lyft/Taxi is permitted for those who prefer over driving

Hotel Information

• A guest room will be reserved for you at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach upon receipt of the completed online registration form

Attire

Dress code throughout the meeting and dinners is business casual. Jeans are permitted.

Expenses

• You are required to follow the Aadi Bioscience Travel Policy throughout the meeting
• You will be required to provide a credit card during check-in at the hotel for incidental charges
• You are personally responsible for expenses such as any pre or post night hotel stays, laundry, extra meals and beverages, and in-room movies

• Evening Celebration

Wednesday, February 8

• Functional Area Breakouts
• Evening Dine Arounds

Thursday, February 9

• Schedule flights to depart Newport Beach in accordance with your team’s meeting schedule
• Some groups will have meetings on Thursday. Be sure to check with your manager on the appropriate departure time
• If your team does not have meetings, you may depart at your leisure on Thursday
