You are invited to the 2023 Aadi Bioscience Annual Meeting in Newport Beach, California.

Our theme for this year’s meeting is Together Toward Tomorrow.

Together Toward Tomorrow says we believe in one another, in our science, and the collective power we have to improve the lives of the patients we serve and offer them more tomorrows.

Action Required: Everyone attending this meeting must complete this online registration form & book any required air travel by Wednesday, January 11th, 2023. 

Arrival:                Sunday, February 5 in time for the Leadership Dinner at 6PM

Departure:         As early as Thursday, February 9 at 1:30 pm, following BOD meeting and lunch, or at your leisure on Friday.

Required Actions by Wednesday, January 11th:

Air Travel

  • For those traveling by air, you are responsible for booking your own travel
  • Airport: SNA John Wayne Airport/ Santa Ana
    • LAX Los Angeles is also an option but is approximately 1 hour away by car

Ground Transportation:
If flying: Additional information on Ground Transportation to be provided at a later date.
If driving: Hotel parking will be covered
Uber/Lyft/Taxi is permitted for those who prefer over driving

Hotel Information

  • A guest room will be reserved for you at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach upon receipt of the completed online registration form

Attire

Dress code throughout the Aadi Company Meeting is business casual. Jeans are permitted.

Expenses

  • You are required to follow the Aadi Bioscience Travel Policy throughout the meeting
  • You will be required to provide a credit card during check-in at the hotel for incidental charges
  • You are personally responsible for expenses such as any pre or post night hotel stays, laundry, extra meals and beverages, and in-room movies

Monday, February 6 – all activities take place onsite at Hyatt Renency, Newport Beach

  • LT Breakfast 7 am – 8 am PT
  • LT Meeting 8 am – 12 pm PT
  • Aadi Company Meeting Welcome Registration Desk opens at 3 pm PT
  • Aadi Company Meeting Welcome Dinner begins at 6 pm PT

Wednesday, February 8

  • Functional Area Breakouts
  • LT Committee Meetings as needed
  • BOD Dinner

Thursday, February 9

  • BOD Breakfast 7 am – 8 am PT
  • BOD Meeting including working lunch 8 am – 1 pm PT
  • Departures from the hotel as early as Thursday, February 9 at 1:30 pm, following BOD meeting and lunch, or at your leisure on Friday
